Friday 6th to Sunday 8th June 08

Friday we went away for the weekend in the motor home to the Duke of York P H at Malvern  the same site as we went to for May day see  2nd to 5th May post  This was the place we needed a Massy Ferguson to tow us off as it was so boggy.

Any way this weekend was much different as the weather was superb

We left home at 11.40am and arrived on site at 12 55. We had a relaxing afternoon.  Drena & Geoff arrived about 5.30.  We had a lovely BBQ and a few drinks and caught up with all the news.

23rd to 30th May 2008

Friday 23rd May we went to Weston super Mare on a caravan club rally with the Avon Centre it was held in the centre of Weston on the Rugby ground. Friday was quite good weather wise and Saturday was very good but windy. The centre put on a skittle match in the rugby club must say I was not very good. Drena and Geoff play skittles in Cheltenham every week so they are quite pros.

Grandsons Car

Gareth our eldest grandson was 17 in March and has started driving lessons so Bernard and I decided to buy him a little car. He passed the theory test a fortnight ago and is doing well with his lessons

He went to Wembley yesterday to see the cup final so while he was away we went and got him a car.
